Abstract

This research was conducted in order to participate in solving the problems that occur in Mina MSMEs group in the coastal areas of Central Java, especially the coastal areas of Sayung, Demak Regency Central Java. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of attitudes and behavior on work productivity so that a blue economy is realized.  This study was conducted using a survey method with a population of fish processors MSME’s in Demak Regency, Central Java, Indonesia using a census by collecting 48 respondents. The data analysis method used partial least square. The results of the research indicate that attitudes and behaviours regarding Occupational Health and Safety have an impact on work productivity. Attitudes and behaviors related to safety and health at work, as well as productivity, influence the blue economy. This research explains that productivity does not mediate the effect of attitudes towards safety and health at work on the realization of the blue economy. The findings show that productivity mediates the effect of safety and health behaviours at work
